This is an example of bad fuel trims readings.The owner changed oxygen sensors, map sensor, fuel pump regulator, mass air flow sensor, purge valve and fuel injectors by the way chip injectors! After replacement of good injectors the fuel trims changed. See top table!

OBD codes P0172 & P0175 engine is running too rich bank 1 & bank 2 (In this case the problem was chip bad fuel Injectors)
